General questions
What is the purpose of this questionnaire?
In 2006, the European Council announced its ambition to bring the average EU level of Green Public Procurement up to the standards currently achieved by the best performing Member States. This target calls for robust GPP indicators, which allow the measurement of the current GPP levels in the best performing Member States. The purpose of the questionnaire is to provide insights and results on the level of GPP for these countries.

Before when do I have to finish the questionnaire?
The questionnaire will be online until August 31st. Please answer all questions before this date.
How long does it take to fill in the questionnaire?
The questionnaire is designed such that a respondent would need no more than 30 minutes of his/her time to fill it in.
Is the questionnaire available in the language of my country?
The questionnaire will be available in English, German, Dutch, Finnish, Swedish and Danish.
Will I receive feedback information after filling in the questionnaire?
The participating organisations will receive feedback on their completed questionnaire afterwards, when the final report has been published. Furthermore, a random sample of organisations will be selected for purposes of validation.
Technical Questions
How do I start the questionnaire?
After logging in with your username and password, you are directed to the questionnaire homepage. On this page, please select your relevant language and country and click "run" to start the questionnaire. Further technical guidance will be provided in the questionnaire itself.
How can I print the questionnaire?
On the login screen (when you initiated the questionnaire), please click the following icon: 
. This will lead to an overview screen where you can print the whole questionnaire. Please note this this icon only appears when the questionnaire has been started.

The link in my e-mail inbox does work. How can I access the questionnaire?
Copy and past the link into the address line in your internet browser. If this does not work either, please contact the helpdesk.
How is my information protected and safeguarded?
Please download the privacy statement, in which our policy regarding privacy and information protection is stated.
I have completed the questionnaire, but I want to make corrections in my answers. Is that possible?
Yes. Until August 31st, all answers can be changed if desired. After login, press the "Re-run" button. This allows you to re-enter the questionnaire. Data will not be deleted after pressing the "Re-run" button.
Do I have to answer all questions in one session, or can I save my information halfway?
It will be possible to temporarily exit the questionnaire and return later for completing the questionnaire. It will also be possible for respondents to temporarily skip questions, which will give them the opportunity to look up the answers and get back for finishing later.
My answers are not saved when I exit and return to the questionnaire.
The answers are only saved if you use the "Quit" button in the bottom left of the screen. Please do not use the cross on the top right to exit the questionnaire.
