Questionnaire

Information for respondents

A crucial part in the correct monitoring and measuring of the level of GPP in Europe, is information provided by public authorities on the use of green criteria in tendering procedures. From June 4th, a web-based survey will be sent out to public purchasers, in which questions will be asked regarding:

• Policy of GPP
• Implementation of GPP
• Process of GPP

Furthermore, procurers will be asked to provide information of a recent contract for applicable product groups:

• Quantitative contract details
• The use of green criteria in the contract

The questionnaire will offer to respondents the possibility to temporarily exit the questionnaire and return later for completing the questionnaire. It will also be possible for respondents to temporarily skip questions, which will give them the opportunity to look up the answers and get back for finishing later.

The web-based tool is also designed such that it is possible to share the questionnaire with colleagues, in the case of shared input.

Participating organisations will receive feedback on their completed questionnaire afterwards, when the final report has been published.
